Lee D'Angelo

I spent most of my childhood in a ballet studio in the Northwestern hills of Connecticut, where my love of dance evolved into a love of the theatre. I earned a BFA at NYU/Stella Adler Conservatory and continued my acting studies with Seth Barrish of The Barrow Group. Following a performance of my one-woman show, a voiceover casting director approached me beginning my journey into the world of voiceovers. I’ve benefited from years of private VO training in NYC and LA and continue to hone my craft in industry-led workshops and workout groups.

 

My spiritual side melded with my love of movement, and once in Los Angeles, I became a certified yoga instructor.  My personal practice keeps me balanced and focused in this topsy-turvy world and it’s how I approach my craft, whether Acting, Yoga, or Voiceover. 

 

Emanating from a grounded authenticity, my warm, friendly, distinctive sound nurtures a real connection to the listener--as fun and frenetic as a barefoot leap into a puddle and as soothing and peaceful as a mindful meditation.
